Returns & Exchanges

At Sagamore-Venture Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
